Ghana

In 2016 AFM was approached by Medical Ambassadors International about working with Community Health Education (CHE) programs in Ghana. CHE workers began using our Fire Safety training in their communities and connected with the Ghana National Fire Service. In 2019 the Charlottesville (Virginia) Fire Department was able to connect with GNFS in Winneba, Ghana through a sister cities program exchange. AFM provided consultation and some equipment. In 2020 AFM will conduct a vision trip to determine next steps in Ghana.
