Special Projects - Assist AFM with daily operations & short term specific projects

+Communications/Marketing/Design

Marketing Manager - Assists with marketing Africa Fire Mission to individuals, churches, associations, and corporations. The Marketing Manager seeks corporate partners and sponsors and managers corporate sponsorship programs. The Marketing Manager provides formal and informal representation at conferences and events.

Visual Arts Coordinator/Designer - Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, web site and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed. Work closely with a project team to translate their messaging concepts into marketing materials. Requirements: proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop and/or other common design and layout applications. Having a computer and access to graphic design and layout software is preferred.

Photographer/photo editor - Takes quality photos at AFM events and edits content to represent “the best” for use in newsletters, donor communications, social media etc. Takes photos from team members and manages loads to Flickr or other storage locations.

Videographer/video editor - Takes quality videos at AFM events and edits content to represent “the best” for use in newsletters, donor communications, social media etc. Takes videos edits for use in appropriate communications.

+Spiritual Development

+Prayer Team Coordinator - Gathers prayer requests from AFM leadership on a weekly to monthly basis and sends out prayer requests to prayer team members. +contact AFM for detailed position description

Prayer Team Members - Pray consistently and specifically for Africa Fire Mission's ministry, leadership, volunteers and African Fire Services. Work with prayer team coordinator for prayer events.

Chaplain - Supports AFM teams and volunteers spiritual development

+Container/Gear Donation Logistics

Logistics Support - Cincinnati, OH - The Logistics Support volunteer picks up donated equipment and delivers the equipment to AFM storage locations. Additional roles include inventory and organize current and incoming PPE and training supplies

+Funding Development

+Development Coordinator - Responsible for coordinating efforts to bring in financial resources to support Africa Fire Mission. Efforts include annual campaigns, end of year requests, developing periodic events and annual fundraisers and overseeing efforts of other funding initiatives. +contact AFM for detailed position description

Grant Researcher - Research various grant funding sources, requirements, match to mission and deadlines. Collaborate with development coordinator on project priorities and possible funding resources.

Grant Writer - Work with development coordinator to write identified grants and submit proposals in identified timeframes. Requirements Ideal candidate should possess two years of direct experience writing grants as well as strong, writing, editing and proof-reading skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting demanding deadlines and strong community contacts among donor sources and various media outlets is also needed. An understanding of emergency services is beneficial, but not required.

Event Coordinator (Event Specific)- The Event Coordinator plans and executes events for Africa Fire Mission for identified regional locations.

Event Support: Assists at fundraising events with decorating, setting up and generally supporting the event coordinator leading up to a fundraising event.
